This year, took part in many many bike rides, all for a good cause, culminating in my biggest and toughest challenge to date - the London to Paris Bike Ride from the 25th to 29th July.

Over the four days, we covered just under 300 miles. leaving London and heading for the ferry port. On the final day, we ride down the champs elesyes and around the Eiffel tower the day before the finish of the Tour de France. My route covers:

Day 1 – London to Dieppe, 60 miles
Day 2 – Dieppe to Lisieux, 90 miles
Day 3 – Lisieux to Vernon, 70 miles
Day 4 – Vernon to Paris, 65 miles
