2009 seems to be an exciting year already!!, lots of change with both home, family and work..
Looking forward to a great 2009 ahead. Ive signed up for the AMR London to Paris cycle ride again, this time Route 4 - a new route that should be very exciting, just not sure the timing is perfect for it this year! but lets wait and see. Im hoping you can join me, follow me or sponsor me for this - 22-26th July 2009.

In 2008, I completed the London to Paris 2008 Bike Ride with Action Medical Research - my second year in a row and another fantastic year, meeting some great people along the way. I raised over £1,500 again, its a great cause, supporting tiny lives, - Finally, a huge thanks to all those that have encouraged me for the 2nd time!
